OYE Creations openyour.social
Terms of Service

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

openyour.social writes on-brand social posts in one click and lays them onto a template you locked once. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Use the service and you agree to them.

1. Who we are

openyour.social is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us", "openyour.social"). These terms govern your use of openyour.social, the studio at studio.openyour.social, and the related tools (the "Service"). If anything here is unclear, reach us before you rely on it.

2. What the Service does

openyour.social helps you create social media posts. You lock in a brand once (voice, colors, type, logo, and optionally your website), and the studio drafts captions and post copy in that voice with AI assistance, then lays the words onto a code-locked template you can export for Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms. The Service produces drafts and suggestions. It is a creation tool, not a guarantee of any outcome, and it does not post to your social accounts for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account and agree to these terms on your own behalf. If you are using openyour.social for a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. AI content and your responsibility

Captions and post copy are generated with the help of AI (the Claude API from Anthropic) based on the brand details and inputs you provide. AI can be wrong, off-base, or generic. Because of that:

6. Acceptable use

Don't use openyour.social to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. In particular, don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or these terms.

7. Payments, pricing, and refunds

The Service starts with a 7-day free trial, then runs on a subscription, priced per brand, with monthly and annual options shown at checkout (Starter and Growth plans). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

8. Who owns what

Your content is yours. The brand inputs you provide and the posts you create and publish belong to you. You are free to use, edit, and post them anywhere. Our platform is ours. The openyour.social software, design, branding, templates, and underlying prompts and tooling are owned by OYE Creations LLC and are not transferred to you. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal use of the Service.

9. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any particular reach, engagement, follower growth, or business result from posts made with openyour.social. What an audience does with a post is outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OYE Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost reach, lost opportunities, or the consequences of content you chose to publish. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using openyour.social and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or the platforms you post to. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
