openyour.social helps you create on-brand social posts in one click. We collect only what we need to do that, we are upfront about the AI we use, and we never sell your data. Full stop.
1. Who we are
openyour.social is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers openyour.social and the studio at studio.openyour.social. If you have questions, reach us through OYE Creations.
2. What we collect

We do not connect to or post on your social media accounts. You export your finished posts and publish them yourself, so we never hold your social platform login credentials.
3. How AI handles your data
When you generate a post, the relevant brand and input text is sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to produce your draft. We send only what is needed for that request. Per Anthropic's API terms, content sent through the API is not used to train their models. The post you generate is yours to use, edit, and publish.
The AI writes a draft based on what you give it. You should always review and edit a post before publishing it anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you publish.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run openyour.social. We share only what each needs to do its job:
- Anthropic - AI generation of captions and post copy (Claude API).
- Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
- Cloudflare - hosting, security, and edge infrastructure.
- Supabase - authentication and storage of your account, brands, and saved posts.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data, brand configurations, and saved posts for as long as your account is active. Short-lived technical data (such as usage counts) expires automatically. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export the data you have given us.
To make any of these requests, contact us through OYE Creations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California). We honor those rights for everyone.
7. Age
openyour.social is built for businesses and creators and is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences and saved work. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of openyour.social after a change means you accept the updated policy.
